1 loaf of Cheesecake Factory brown bread
10 strawberries cut into bite sizes
1/3 cup of blueberries
1 peach cut into cubes
3 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 stick of butter
Cream Sauce:
1/3 cup vegan cool whip
1/4 cup vegan cream cheese
1/4 cup powder sugar
Slice bread lengthwise and butter both sides with vegan butter
toast bread on medium high heat until lightly crisp. Set aside.
Add chopped fruit into bowl. add cinnamon and maple syrup.
toss gently and set aside
In separate bowl, add cool whip and cream cheese together and mix until smooth. Add in powdered sugar and mix well until no lumps
Assemble sandwiches with fruit first, adding a dollop of the cream sauce topped with cinnamon granola
